Data is collected only through the contact form. When it is submitted, your name, email address, phone number where given, and message are sent by email to info@orbitsavunma.com. The submission date and IP address are added to that email to help prevent abuse.

Retention

Form submissions are not stored on our server; your message is only delivered by email. Correspondence in our mailbox is kept for as long as your enquiry requires.

How it is used

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, and is never sold or transferred to third parties.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own and does not track visitors.

Third-party services

Typefaces are served from our own server, so viewing these pages sends no data to any third party. The one exception is the Google Maps map on the contact page: when it is displayed, your browser makes a request to Google, who apply their own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. Write to info@orbitsavunma.com with any such request.
